Some of you may have heard me refer to the “Practicology Podcast” in the past. It’s a helpful weekly audible series, of biblically based exhortations that you can subscribe to. Instalments arrive on Lord’s Day evening/Monday morning. The hosts are Canadians Mike Knox and Matthew Cain, regular writers in Truth and Tidings 1.
The reason I mention it here is that the hosts of the Podcast are running a summer challenge from August 7th through September 4th which involves memorising Ephesians 1. It ties in nicely with our present study in the book.
If you are interested in participating in the challenge, you can listen to the specific episode where they describe the challenge here. They also have a helpful handout available. I’ll be attempting it over the next few weeks and Sarah has already got a head start on me.
Whilst we’re talking about the summer, if anyone is interested in a good read over the summer weeks, I have a bunch of books I am happy to loan. Txt me and I’ll send a list of possibles for you to choose from ranging from biography, apologetic and practical reads.
